Based in Bradford on Avon, near Bath, in the West Country of England, I produce electronic music under a variety of pseudonyms, as well as under my own name, Jon Turner, beneath the collective umbrella, Expecting Silence.

FeNN was my main nome de plume for a long time and was very much music in a  house and techno vibe.

The Jon Turner releases are a mixture of house/techno along with earlier chill-out music and a number of albums that feature vocals. 

The Jan Kontroll releases are really house-based music. 

4-Chil 4 was more experimental music and I've now transferred that experimental side into my manif releases.

Beat Suspect was my earliest nom de plume and contains two albums of early euphoric dance music.

The Jon W Turner releases are early material from the 90s and turn of the millennium and also include 20th Century F*xes new-wave band recordings from 1980-1983. Finally Lorenzo Warp was a stab at making a couple of tracks in a more psy-trance fashion.
